Tyler, you've fulfilled so many critical roles for this company in addition to the one we paid you for: office clown, company Romeo, after-work events organiser... I do hope your new company appreciates what a bargain they got when they hired you!

I asked around for some stories about your time at Smyth Systems, but unfortunately none of them were repeatable so I'm just going to speak from the heart…
although it's worth mentioning that the words 'lovely guy' and 'always up for a laugh' were used a lot more than 'hard-worker'

Seriously, it's always a pleasure to see someone come into a team, learn, develop and grow - and eventually become ready for pastures new. It's hard to say goodbye to you Tyler but I hope you will remember us as fondly as we will remember you.
